Product introduction:
Blowdown valves are mainly used in the petrochemical and chemical industries. A blowdown valve directly relies on the force
generated by the medium pressure to assist in the mechanical load sealing acting on the valve disc. The mechanical load on
the valve disc mainly comes from a compression spring, which is an almost fixed mechanical load. Although for a compression
spring-loaded blowdown valve, good sealing can be achieved by adjusting the spring force, the sealing pressure difference
must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force, thereby achieving sealing during normal valve operation. The
sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
The integral flange high-temperature blowdown ball valve is developed by absorbing the structure of foreign high-temperature
ball valves and combining domestic practices. Its connection dimensions comply with the national standards for blowdown
valves, featuring fast opening and closing, no flow resistance. The sealing ring inside the valve has advantages such as high
strength, high wear resistance, and strong resilience, so it has reliable sealing and a long service life. It is widely used in
industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering as a medium flow opener/closer for steam pipelines, etc. To prevent
damage to the sealing surface caused by fast medium flow velocity, the valve is required to be fully opened or fully closed
during use, and partial opening is not allowed.
