The trunnion ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valves suitable for long-distance transmission pipelines

operation, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is entirely transmitted to the bearings,

preventing the ball from moving toward the valve seat. As a result, the valve seat does not bear excessive pressure, so the

trunnion ball valve features low torque, minimal valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and a long service life,

making it suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications. The advanced spring-loaded pre-valve seat assembly

has a self-tightening feature to achieve upstream sealing. Each valve is equipped with two valve seats, which can seal in

both directions, so there are no flow direction restrictions during installation, making it bi-directional.
